FAQ — booking a Phu Quoc hotel
According to Vietnam Airlines, foreigners of any nationality arriving on Phu Quoc from abroad, including via transit at a Vietnamese international airport without leaving it, can stay up to 30 days visa-free, as long as they stay only on Phu Quoc. Leave the island for the mainland and normal Vietnam visa rules apply, so check your passport's entitlement on evisa.gov.vn before booking. A regular Vietnam e-visa now covers 90 days for most passports.
