At least 24 hours before arrival or departure. Better 2–3 days ahead, especially in high season from December to March and for VIP tiers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Last-minute bookings are handled case by case: if a slot is open, we can arrange same-day.
Once the payment is in, we send the exact meeting point — at the gate, at baggage claim or at a specific terminal entrance — your greeter’s name and an on-site contact. The greeter will be holding a name sign.
